Dear Susan, Thank you for sharing your feedback on our Disposable Woven Microfibre Mop Heads. We want to clarify that these mop heads are designed to be used with our black mop pads (as mentioned in our product description), which attach to our mop bases using Velcro. The disposable mop heads adhere to the pad. We understand your concerns about the absorbency rate. It's important to note that disposable products will not offer the same level of absorbency as reusable microfibre mops. If you require a higher absorbency rate, we recommend trying our microfibre damp mops instead. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing these issues to our attention. “Only 3 Stars, because they haven't arrived yet! As advertised, looks to be a good product. BUT PLEASE GIVE BUYERS TIME TO TAKE DELIVERY AND TRY THEM OUT!!.”

“Disappointed that the bath towels are a mix of Microfibre/cotton as the hair towels (microfibre only) suit my needs. The staff I dealt with were informative and efficient. Also a little concerned that the colours may bleed when washed.”

“For 300GSM i'd expect them to be a bit thicker and softer. I have Amazon Mr. Siga 280gsm cloths and they feel more plush, softer, thicker.”

“Hello I would like to have given 5 out of 5 but unfortunately the colour of the towels was nothing like it showed on the website. I had to keep them as it wasn’t worth the bother and cost of having to return them, Also being such a dark colour they have to be washed separately as the dark red pours out of them. The quality is great and size exactly what I wanted Thanks”

“Microfiber cloths are of reasonable quality however, not worth the money which is extortionate due to delivery costs of £4.95 plus VAT totaling £5.95. As a frequent online shopper, I found this is highest delivery cost I ever paid. I cannot see any reason why items such as this cannot be posted using Royal Mail which is considerably cheaper also alleviate VAT.”

“The cloths are of a good enough quality but the die transfer is very annoying I have never had that with other micro fibre cloths hopefully it will get better but you will have to wash separately for the time being”

Roger, I think a negative review is very unfair. We offer all of our products without labels, all you needed to do was ask when you ordered. This is made very clear on the web site. Having labels in no way makes the products unusable.

“Cloths are good - pity that the red cloths run so much - need to wash a few times before first use otherwise they appear to leave a red stain on light items.”

“The product is great but the customer service really lets them down at times. Wrong colour cloths received with previous order, and this time colour completely different to past orders or what is advertised on website. 1st world problems I know but that’s twice now I haven’t received what I have ordered and customer services are not interested.”

“The cloths seem a little thin and, after several uses, continue to 'leak' colour (black in this case). They do the required job but I doubt I will buy any more of them. There are probably more robust cloths elsewhere on the site but these were the only ones I could find that were small enough and of the required colour. Deliovery, etc. was all fine.”

“trying to be reasonable here and leave constructive feedback based on my two recent experiences with your company, id rate it somewhere between poor to acceptable hence the 3 star rating. my reasons for this are, on the two occasions that i have ordered from you both orders were incorrect and missing items, these items were listed on your site as 10 pack and 5 packs of cloths, yet you only sent one cloth not the stated number, which was slightly frustrating, though to give credit where it is due, you did rectify the problem straight away when i contacted you so that's why i give you 3 stars rather than 2 star rating, though i accept mistake do happen we all make them occasionally, to make the same mistake twice indicates to me that there's maybe some sort of staff training issue, lack of product knowledge, or things not listed correctly on your picking lists or computer systems,”
