I went onto the website to send a parcel all seem ok until after i paid, i managed to get the customs label but no labels for the parcel which i found out that if you dont have the labels they will not collect, i spent about 2 hours trying to get lables, only to get messgaes back to say we dont know that customs label, can we have proof of postage, i sent that and nor reply, then they said the sire was down try a few days later, i have asked about 6 times could thay please send the app so i can get the lables, they dont answer the e-mails now, this is a disgrace i am going to the trading Standars office, i have asked for a refund but they dont reply this is a con i will tell others to not use them.

what an absolute nightmare. please read all the negative reviews. my parcel left Manchester Sept 15 2025 it's now Nov 25 2025 with no resolution in sight. UPS cannot reach parcelcompare and they are ignoring my emails. they will not refund me my shipping costs or cost of goods inside the parcel.

They are saying my parcel was not packaged properly yet I packaged it as it would come out of the shop. I insured the parcel of up to £150 and they are refusing to refund me. I’ve sent evidence proving this and they still refuse. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with and I’ve been ignored.

Anyway, the package was eventually returned to us and nbow Parcel Compare are refusing to give us a refund.

They messed up customs forms and checked the wrong box even though l had given correct information on their order form ..as a result french customs charged me 15 euros for a second hand jacket that was being returned to me... Their admin department had labelled it as a ' new purchase'....utter morons ...and they won't make me a refund even though it was their mistake .. Terrible customer support.....AVOID....!!! 😡😡

Awful. Can’t generate labels and then charge you if you want a refund. Appalling company without any way of contacting them. AVOID!!!

Very poor company. I reported a lost parcel and they refused to refund me the minimum insurance value as I had not reported the loss within 30 days of the collection date. The parcel was still in transit / custom clearing in those 30 days so how would I know it was lost. Absolutely poor customer service.

Told I could not be refunded as the carrier 'attempted' collection, which did not happen at all.
