I have used other companies before who have returned my car with unexplained mileage or on one occasion managed to lose the car for nearly two hours on my return . “Following instructions, we called 20 mins or so before we arrived to Manchester. This was followed up by a call from the rep at Departures confirming our arrival. Excellent instructions on how to find them, it is very easy and straightforward and they were ready for us when we got there 15 mins early. It was a quick and easy transfer of keys/signing of paperwork, then we were free to go across the road to Departures. Similarly, we called on arrival back to Manchester T2 and 20 mins later, we arrived and our car was waiting for us. A brilliant service, good value (far cheaper than a cab) and we are using them again next month for another trip!”

Only minor point is with the 20 minute phone call before arrival as not good to use a phone whilst driving (which assumedly 100% of their customers have to do).”
