“This was our first time meet and greet at Manchester and it was excellent. Butler called us en route to let us know they were expecting us which was so reassuring and then on return, our car was waiting for us.”

“I found the service very easy and convenient when I was dropping my car off, the staff were helpful and courteous. However, on my return I travelled with only hand luggage so it was difficult to give 20 minutes notice after clearing passport control and I had to wait 15 minutes, so perhaps making a note of whether customers have luggage or not.”

“I thought the overall product, service and end result was first class. One tiny things stopped it being perfection. On arrival, as someone who hadn't driven to Terminal 1 before, I found the instructions for my drop off weren't quite clear enough to stop me having to go around the block once. However, the guy on the phone soon helped me out.”

On return we from the baggage hall having collected our bags and again the driver was waiting for us. The service was the cheapest of all the quotes and the long term carpark and far quicker and more efficient than at Manchester. We shall definitely use this service again.”
