"arrival I went for a lie down on the double bed, ( I have spinal arthritis) traveling hurts my back, THERE WERE NO SLATS ON THE BED the mattress went straight through with myself resulting in excruciating pain in my back and my leg hit off the metal frame. 2nd complaint there was no concrete path anywhere near our steps to the caravan it was like a mud bath my husband slipped and fell onto the stairs he hurt his hands\/arm and legs, he is a disabled man. 1 x pair of brand new ugg boots ruined \u00a3200, 1x pair of brand new WHITE nike air force trainers covered in mud. i have photos of the outside of caravan and the bed which im still sufferattacheding with extra back pain due to the incompetence of your housekeepers \/ inspection team as they should of noticed the condition of the bed when making it. My whole family have had a very disappointing experience and I would like to be compensated for all that we have been through. photos attached"

"I don't even know where to start.. our experience from start to finish has been absolutely appalling and the issue still hasn't been resolved! \r\n\r\nFilthy caravan!\r\nPoor hygiene standards inside the caravan! \r\nANT INFESTATION in the caravan and we were not informed about this until arrival! \r\nLots of egg shell in my breakfast! \r\nNo net curtains for privacy but there were hooks for the curtains to go on.. and the caravan was situated on a main road on the site! \r\nWe paid for parkdean's top spec caravan and got this.. I dread to think what their lowest spec is like! \r\nDreadful customer service from the reception staff & Management! \r\n\r\nPlease see images attached to show the extent of the filth. This was not a holiday! We had no choice but to stay the first night as we had no where else to stay after arrival and it was late in the evening, we have 2 young children. We woke up the next day, handed in our keys and left to holiday elsewhere and we were still denied a refund! \r\n\r\nStill awaiting correspondence to our complaint 2 weeks later! \r\n\r\nDO NOT HOLIDAY HERE!!!"
