Charging $205.95 for next day air shipping if you don't want to sign up for their stupid iSAVE program even though in the same field it states flat rate shipping at $45 for next day air. What a ripoff.

Over priced products!! I was quoted $1218 for 2 Jetspray lids. Bought them in the states and paid $206. (Brand New) I was also quoted $542 for 4 rubber legs for a jetspray. Just found them on line for $60. It pays to shop around. Sept 24/24

I ordered a tool on 5/31/2024, the website stated that if i ordered within the hour I would receive the product by 6/2, other competitors said 6/3. So I ordered it. Label created 6/1, but didn't make it to UPS till 6/3 5:52pm. The product didn't get delivered till 6/6/2024. Spoke with live chat on Monday 6/3, Rueben. He stated to call the customer support for compensation of such lackluster shipping. Called and they stated to wait till product has arrived. Called 6/6 after I received it, and customer service states there is nothing they can do and blames UPS.

Horrible company. Highly overpriced and will swap out lower priced alternates and claim they are the "same product". For example, switching out a higher priced Loctite for a lower price Vibra-tite product. Called them and they said the image is wrong - Sir, it's the correct image with the correct Loctite model #. Then they claim that it's the "same". Sir, no it's not... Loctite is 4x the cost of Vibra-tite... It's a different manufacture!!! These people are a bunch of fraudsters.

These people are unprofessional and you get the round around. If the order is fulfilled by the marketplace they wash their hands of it! Fast to collect the payment but very slow on customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Talked to some boomer dude named Mike and boy what a piece of trash. Kept asking me to put a 'MAN' on the phone. I just wanted to order a gasket not get harassed by some 40 year old fat bald bible thumping boomer.

No discount for company's plus if you shop around 90% time you find it cheaper . yrs ago they take the payment order the parts from MFG then second time bill you for the part plus shipping. 2-3 week later before crediting the first charge. There shipping is marked up 300%. I see one MFG remove them from there product for over charging. so if you call a mfg tell them you will not buy from a woke company.

Terrible. 1.5 year after paying an invoice in full they wake up that they want more more. I provided proof of payment and but do not believe the payment receipt that matches their own invoice.

Parts town is a joke I purchased a temperature controller Back on 04/13/23 the comptroller turns of complete so I purchased a suppose to be new one and 2 mounts later for some reason the coil stare freezing up and the temperature inside was hot so I order one new one and they charge my credit card the nice laity told me that that was the fester way they give me a phone number to call for warranty 810-175-8334 I call and I spline and the person toll me that the controller was defective that I need to Call Parts town cos I buy the part for them I call parts town and ask me what number the you call no you need to call 866-463-2467 so I call and was busy live my name an phone number at mid time I received the new one and is working fine I try to go to a page were they said star you return and my computer frost up . not to sure what number is going to tell me to call may be china .They have plenty time to is what they do all day not me I have to work for living tanks.

Ok made a purchase from this company for over 800.00. when I completed the transaction I instantly received a notice that said ( OOPS YOU BROKE THE INTERNET) ( NO JUST KIDDING WE BROKE IT. WE MUST HAVE TRIPPED OVER THE POWER CORD) and it went on for a bit about how they were trying to fix it. So I go to another company's web site to make a purchase and my debit card says 0 balance. This happened on memorial day weekend so nobody in the office had to wait 4 days to even talk to somebody and then was told that they have no record of another transaction that would have taken all the money off of my card. I call my credit card co. They tell me they have a pending invoice from parts Towne for the amount that was taken off of my card ( nothing they can do) so I call parts Towne back and I get shuffled around to about 4-5 different people and was told that they still have no record of this transaction anywhere. Also was told that they don't have a notice that says OOPS YOU BROKE THE INTERNET. by two different people.so it takes me 2 weeks to get my money returned and had to get a new debit card. 4 weeks later I make another purchase from this company and get the same damn message that they supposedly don't have and this time I screen shot it because last time it disappears from my in box magically . Not sure what is going on with this company ! On a side note right after this happens my brand new phone the screen went black and had to buy a new one. And was told that my phone had been hacked.

Wanted to Purchase a few small parts for a coffee maker mostly a hose and gaskets. Total Weight including box was under 1LB. They wanted $47 just in shipping Ground the lowest cost way. Absurd to say the least. Found on another parts site for $25 parts and shipping included. Will never even search their site again.

Beware.................... I needed a small 0ne inch rubber O ring, cost $0.69. Their only shipping cost options were: $26.50, $29.50, $46.57, $111.16, and $175.40. On line chatting with them: that's the price !!! Real ripoff, Beware.

I was a temp almost ready to hire but this Monday they switch my hours Wich it is totally find but they wanted me to work in another department doing boxes I went the first day upstairs to make boxes and my supervisor asked me how was it therefore I was totally honest and let him know I didn't like it because about 3 years i suffer an accident and had surgery on one of my shoulder the other shoulder is sensitive therefore I told him the boxes were to big and hard for me to make. All they talk about integrity and about been open honest and humble it's just a big lie next day I know I was let go from this facility, all about been safe and do everything within your power to make sure you taking safety measures it's a lie. All this company cares is about their predict to go out without knowing that people out there is even doing double work for them because at some times we were short on box makers they would say today we short handed therefore we need speed up. I'm very disappointed ☹️☹️

I ordered a part for my dishwasher from them and it arrived well and rather quickly. It was the not issue with my dishwasher and I asked for a return and refund. They said yes and provided the info to do such. I followed their instructions as directed and they would not give me a refund because the part was “not in new condition”. Needless to say, they went against their return and would not issue a refund. Don’t use these guys at all.

I ordered a crockpot replacement bowl and it arrived damaged. I was not able to get refunded for my shipping and also had to pay to return it. On top of everything the customer service person was rude. I will not purchase from them again.

Extremely disappointed--was referred to parts town by Moffat Oven ---doubled charged my debit card and three days later still waiting for my credit.---I called, complained and received an apology but not my money.----received an email from customer service, sorry we forgot to tell you about the hold policy, but still no money.----Here is the closing paragraph of their email to me. "If you need anything else please let me know and if that pre-authorization does not clear from your account in the next few business days please contact our accounting department and they should be able to help you out a bit further: accounting@partstown.com". They ought to be ashamed as with very little effort my money could be returned. Seriously doubt I will ever use this company again.

I recently made a purchase that I did not receive on time. After contacting parts town they determined it was a shipper error but they refunded my shipping to accommodate for the error . Customer service was great.
