“I ordered 2 pink wraps to match to a wedding outfit. I kept one and returned the other one. I had to pay £4.45 to return it and it was delivered to them 2 days later. I had to chase them twice for my refund. When other companies can refund within a matter of days, why does this company take more than 30 days. Would not buy from this company again. ☹️”
“Ordered pashmina but didn’t even need to take it out of it’s wrapping as the colour was wrong and quality poor so sent it back for a refund. It took 2 months for my refund, I would not recommend this company at all, poor, slow and unprofessional customer service and poor quality products. Steer clear!”
