First time writing a review but I’ve been inspired by the incredibly poor service. I ordered a Bosch drill, was sent a much cheaper model - thankfully noticed this when the DHL man dropped the package off and managed to refuse delivery. The item has still not come back to them and for this reason, over 3 weeks since attempted delivery they refuse to provide a refund citing a policy that they won’t do so until they receive the item. They have not chased their couriers and simply repeat the above line. This is despite the fact that they sent the wrong item in the first place and that no delivery was made - the item is still within their own logistics network and their courier notes have made them aware of this. I suggest you avoid this company - if things go wrong they will do nothing to fix things.

Rubbish service, slow dispatch, slow customer service. I paid extra through PayPal to speed up dispatch but they still took 3 days to send my item. 3 days after that and it still hasn’t left Germany. You might save a few quid but you will be waiting a long time. For comparison, I bought items from 2 UK suppliers and the both arrived next day so I don’t accept any covivid-19 excuses. Oh, if you email them you’ll be waiting 2 days for a reply. Total waste of time
