“On August 31, 2024, I took advantage of a special offer that included 25% off, an additional 15% for Labor Day, and $50 off with the discount code PAULRICH-FRIEND. I ordered the Star Dust || Silver Oasis watch (order #107870SB) for my son's birthday and paid $184.71 USD with my credit card.
However, on September 4, 2024, I noticed that the order hadn't arrived. Upon tracking it, I discovered that it had been canceled without any notification via email or otherwise. I contacted customer support and received a response from Pam, who apologized for the inconvenience and explained the cancellation. She offered a 15% discount on my next order if I sign up for the newsletter.
I requested to speak with the General Manager about this issue, but I have not yet received a response.
Is this resolution fair in your opinion?”
“I'll never order a Paul Rich watch again. Purchased 1 for my husband for Valentines Day and the battery was already dead in 2 weeks. Customer service was no help and didn't care. Only said, you've opened it and worn it, your problem. Never have I paid that much for a watch and the battery go out that fast. Never again!”
“DO NOT BUY!LOOKS COOL BUT TERRIBLE VALUE. Buyer beware this is a cheap scam. I learned the hard way... Just don't buy its trash. Very poor quality I got the watch and it looked amazing but the link to connect the band wasn't fully connected. I pushed the lever up just like any watch and it completely snapped off with almost no pressure at all. Now I will have to go get the lever replaced and I am not even sure it's worth it. I was worried about buying from an unknown/reliable company and I should have went with my gut. Fake reviews and I'm sure no one will ever even see this review. It's sad be careful what you buy out there on the internet”
“Ich würde jedem von einem Kauf abraten.
Paul Rich möchte als gehobener Uhrenhersteller angesehen werden ist allerdings weit davon entfernt. Die Qualität ist sehr schlecht(wahrscheinlich aus fernost).
Bei meiner Star Dust- Silver haben sich die einzelnen Ziffern auf dem Zifferbaltt gelöst und liegen nun lose in der Uhr herum. Da meine Garantie erst seit 2 Monaten um ist, finde ich es erstaunlich schwach dass meine Reklamation sofort abgewiesen wird. Dabei liegt der Fehler definitiv nicht bei mir, sondern es ist ein Materialfehler von Paul Rich.
Fazit:
Das Design ist zwar schön, die Qualität jedoch sehr schlecht.
Ich rate vom Kauf auf jeden Fall ab.”

Gf ordered a Paul Rich watch and recieved one with scratches. She herself had to pay to send the broken watch back.
Later she recieved a new one, it appeared to be the same one, again with the scratches. For the second time she had to pay to sent it back.
After all this mess she didn't want another so they repaid her the buying cost but she ended up paying 34€ for nothing.
After she wrote a review, they removed it and blocked her on all social media.
Simple, don't buy!”
