“Setting up the virtual fence took just minutes via the app, with no wires or digging required. The customizable boundary easily handled our 2-acre yard, and the collar is comfortable on our Labrador. Battery life has been excellent; we only recharge every couple of days. The peace of mind it gives us knowing our dog can roam safely is worth every cent.”

“The collars do not work in all areas. I live in a rural area and purchased two collars for my dogs. After setting everything up, the average time for my dogs' collars to connect to the satellite was 5 to 6 minutes each time. I contacted the company and requested a return label. Not one time during my several conversations with the representative was I told anything about a restocking fee. Pawtronic did not credit the entire purchase back to my card instead they took $99 from me to "restock" collars that did not work. Pawtronic should be ashamed of themselves for taking nearly $100 for doing nothing more than shipping and returning and item! I am now forced to file a dispute with my credit card company for the remaining $99. So unless you are willing to risk losing 25% and/or the hassle of filling a dispute with your credit card company just to find out if the collar actually works in your area, don't buy this! It's a great idea if it actually works, but nothing more than a waste of time and money if it doesn't. It's simply not worth buying something with the hope of it working. After contacting the company about the remaining $99 refund, I simply got an email explaining their 25% restocking fee. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“I bought the pawtronic collar really hoping that it would work for our puppy but we have been very disappointed. The collar does not stay connected to gps and works very inconsistently. We could not trust it at all. Many times it would show that it was connected and as soon as the dog reached the edge of the boundary it would loose signal and do nothing. I did my best to give it an honest chance, trying it a lot and therefore it got a few small scratches on it. Because of that they would not let me return it. Overall we are very disappointed to have spent that much money and not have them stand behind their products.”

“After trying a few different collars over the years, the Pawtronic Pro Series is hands-down the most effective and comfortable one my dog has worn. I live in a large suburban area, and my Labrador loves to explore. This collar keeps her safe while giving her the freedom to roam. The setup was straightforward, and the remote is very easy to use, even with one hand. What I love most is the long-range control, I can reach her from far across the park. “I’ve tried a few containment systems before, but the Pawtronic Pro Series GPS dog fence is by far the most reliable. Setup was quick, the GPS connection is stable, and my dog has plenty of space to roam safely without worrying about boundaries. Truly worth the investment!”

“Return policy is horrendous. 25 percent re stocking fee and I have to cover the return shipping. Basically just gave them 100 dollars of my own money to open the box and send it right back. Boundary line has a 20 foot variance!?”

“I’ve been a dog owner for over 10 years, and if there’s one thing I’ve always struggled with, it’s keeping my adventurous Labrador, Max, safe while giving him the freedom he craves. He’s the type of dog who loves to explore fields, woods, and even the neighbor’s farm if he gets the chance. I’ve tried regular collars, fences, and even training methods, but nothing gave me true peace of mind. That all changed when I invested in the Pawtronic Pro Series GPS Dog Collar. From the very first day, I noticed a huge difference. Setup was simple, and the app was extremely user-friendly. Within minutes, I had set a safe boundary for Max around our property. What impressed me most was the precision of the GPS, it wasn’t lagging or inconsistent like other trackers I had tried in the past. The alerts came instantly if Max tried to push past his safe zone. It made me realize how much safer he was now, even when I wasn’t physically watching him. Another highlight is the durability of the collar. Max is rough on everything he wear she’s constantly running through mud, jumping into streams, and rolling around in the grass. The Pro Series held up beautifully. It’s waterproof, sturdy, and surprisingly lightweight. Max didn’t seem bothered by it at all, which was a huge relief since he’s picky about collars. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands so strongly behind their product. I no longer have that constant anxiety about him running off or getting lost. He gets the freedom he wants, and I get the reassurance I need. If you’re a dog owner who values safety, reliability, and peace of mind, I can’t recommend this collar enough.”
