“Whatever you do dont lose or damage that charging cable, because it is not easily replaced. Have to order one for $40!!! from pawtronic. They could not make it something like USB-C, mini usb, or some other common connector. Not happy right now!”

“Terrible. Costumer service is slow. The collar doesn’t work. It disconnects randomly so my dog can run past it. No trees in the way or anything. And now they are saying I can’t return it because I took the screen cover off. Get a Halo.”

“If I could give one star, I would. The product is completely unreliable. The gps boundary range is inaccurate and thus impossible to train a dog on not to mention dangerous. Customer service is a joke, they do not stand behind their product.”

“After only having the collar for a month the screen on it went out. I contacted customer service did everything they requested with pictures and videos. I didn't hear anything back for over a week. Which I sent another email and also called the number only to be told to write an email. I also had purchased the extended warranty so that I would not have to deal with the unnecessary run around I was getting. Have yet to hear back from email on if they were going to replace the collar.”

“BEWARE! Tried to setup the Pawtronic Pro 2 and as an elderly person found it impossible to figure out. The APP does not set up the device, it has to be done from the collar itself, which is never mentioned in marketin materials. If you look at the instructional video, it doesn't even explain what buttons they're pushing!! Contacted the company for a return and they offer only a 50% refund because the thin piece of plastic which covered the screen was removed when we tried to set it up.”

“Wish I could give it fewer stars. Tried for days to get it to stay connected. Reached out to customer service, and they sent further connection instructions via email that, once again, didn’t work. I asked for a return label just to be told I wasn’t going to get a refund whether or not I returned it. Total waste of money.”

“Terrible. Doesn’t stay connected. Doesn’t accurately read. Waste of $300. “Swiss gps satellites.” I live in an urban area close to a city with not many trees. None in the area where it’s used.”

“The collars do not work in all areas. I live in a rural area and purchased two collars for my dogs. After setting everything up, the average time for my dogs' collars to connect to the satellite was 5 to 6 minutes each time. I contacted the company and requested a return label. Not one time during my several conversations with the representative was I told anything about a restocking fee. Pawtronic did not credit the entire purchase back to my card instead they took $99 from me to "restock" collars that did not work. Pawtronic should be ashamed of themselves for taking nearly $100 for doing nothing more than shipping and returning and item! I am now forced to file a dispute with my credit card company for the remaining $99. So unless you are willing to risk losing 25% and/or the hassle of filling a dispute with your credit card company just to find out if the collar actually works in your area, don't buy this! It's a great idea if it actually works, but nothing more than a waste of time and money if it doesn't. It's simply not worth buying something with the hope of it working. After contacting the company about the remaining $99 refund, I simply got an email explaining their 25% restocking fee. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“I bought the pawtronic collar really hoping that it would work for our puppy but we have been very disappointed. The collar does not stay connected to gps and works very inconsistently. We could not trust it at all. Many times it would show that it was connected and as soon as the dog reached the edge of the boundary it would loose signal and do nothing. I did my best to give it an honest chance, trying it a lot and therefore it got a few small scratches on it. Because of that they would not let me return it. Overall we are very disappointed to have spent that much money and not have them stand behind their products.”

“Return policy is horrendous. 25 percent re stocking fee and I have to cover the return shipping. Basically just gave them 100 dollars of my own money to open the box and send it right back. Boundary line has a 20 foot variance!?”
