“Yo, check it!! I finally copped that Pawtronic Pro Series I was telling you about and man... it’s actually goated.I thought it was gonna be a whole mission to set up but it’s literally dummy easy. I just scanned the code, hit a couple buttons, and I was in. No cap, the app is smoother than my banking one lol.The tracking is actually wild too. I let Bella off the leash at the trail today and the GPS was pinpoint. Like, I could see exactly which bush she was stuck in lmao. Plus the battery is still on full bars after like 3 days? Huge dub.If you’re still looking for a collar for your dog, get this one for real. It’s not glitchy at all and looks sleek af. Best $ I’ve spent in a minute.”

“I purchased it on 9/19/25, waited for it to be delivered and have been trying to return this since 10/5/25 due to malfunction. I have had to email 13 times and when I call customer service it says no one is available please try again. I have had enough. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Customer service just takes you around in a circle every time you email them with trying to figure out the problem. If you don’t believe me, check the app reviews, I wish I knew before I purchased”

“BEWARE! Tried to setup the Pawtronic Pro 2 and as an elderly person found it impossible to figure out. The APP does not set up the device, it has to be done from the collar itself, which is never mentioned in marketin materials. If you look at the instructional video, it doesn't even explain what buttons they're pushing!! Contacted the company for a return and they offer only a 50% refund because the thin piece of plastic which covered the screen was removed when we tried to set it up.”

“I was honestly a bit worried after reading some comments about GPS fences not working well around trees, but my experience with Pawtronic has been very positive. My property has a lot of trees and wooded sections, and after properly setting up the boundary and giving the system time to calibrate, it’s been working reliably, The key for me was doing the setup exactly as recommended walking the boundary outdoors and testing it in real conditions. Once that was done, the boundary stayed consistent, and my dog learned the limits quickly. Even in areas with trees, the signal has been stable enough for everyday use. What I really like is the freedom of a wire-free system. No digging, no trenching, and I can easily adjust the boundary if needed. It’s not meant to replace a traditional wired fence for extreme terrain, but for wooded yards with open coverage, it performs better than I expected.”

“We received our dog collar broken. The screen wouldn't work, and I asked for assistance from their support team. They claimed my dog might have gotten into the box. I asked what they could do then to help me fix this problem, and they offered $100 discount, which they already offer on their website when you order, so in reality, nothing was solved. The collar is still broken, and the one we have, the battery runs out very fast. Not the best product out the and customer service is terrible.”

“Wish I could give it fewer stars. Tried for days to get it to stay connected. Reached out to customer service, and they sent further connection instructions via email that, once again, didn’t work. I asked for a return label just to be told I wasn’t going to get a refund whether or not I returned it. Total waste of money.”
