Whatever you do dont lose or damage that charging cable, because it is not easily replaced. Have to order one for $40!!! from pawtronic. They could not make it something like USB-C, mini usb, or some other common connector. Not happy right now!

Absolute game changer for our family! We live on a 3-acre property with a mix of open field and trees, and the Pawtronic Pro Series 2 has been flawless. The setup was incredibly intuitive, I mapped out the boundary on my phone in minutes using the Linked Paw app. My Golden Retriever, Cooper, learned the boundaries within a week, and now I can finally let him out without hovering by the door.

Honestly, Pawtronic made life easier for us. No digging, no wires—just set the boundary on your phone and you’re good. Took a little training at first, but now my dog stays put.

I was skeptical about moving away from my old wired fence, but the Pawtronic Pro has been solid. Being able to draw the boundary on my phone meant I could finally keep my dog out of the flower beds while giving him the rest of the yard. It took about a week of training, but now he knows exactly where the line is. No monthly fees is the cherry on top for me!!!

Terrible. Costumer service is slow. The collar doesn’t work. It disconnects randomly so my dog can run past it. No trees in the way or anything. And now they are saying I can’t return it because I took the screen cover off. Get a Halo.

If I could give one star, I would. The product is completely unreliable. The gps boundary range is inaccurate and thus impossible to train a dog on not to mention dangerous. Customer service is a joke, they do not stand behind their product.

After three months the transmitter will not accept a charge and their customer service is giving me the run-around. Not a good brand, not good service, avoid at all costs.

I was honestly skeptical about switching from a wired fence, but the Pawtronic Pro has been a game-changer for our Golden Retriever. Setup took me maybe 20 minutes with the app, I just walked the perimeter, set the "safe zone," and it was ready to go, Simply Amazing!!

Horrible collars. DO NOT WORK! Horrible customer service. Bought 3 collars ($1,000) they will not connect. And will not allow me to return.

After only having the collar for a month the screen on it went out. I contacted customer service did everything they requested with pictures and videos. I didn't hear anything back for over a week. Which I sent another email and also called the number only to be told to write an email. I also had purchased the extended warranty so that I would not have to deal with the unnecessary run around I was getting. Have yet to hear back from email on if they were going to replace the collar.

Honestly, Pawtronic has been a solid win for me. The setup was stupidly easy, no digging, no wires, just open the app, set the boundary, and you’re good to go. What I really like is how flexible the GPS fence is, you’re not stuck with some tiny circle and can actually give your dog real space to roam. The collar feels well-built but not bulky, holds up great outdoors, and the battery lasts long enough that I’m not charging it every day, which is huge. The alerts are adjustable, so training feels more controlled and not harsh, and once my dog learned the boundary, it just worked

It's incredibly rugged and waterproof (IPX7), so it handles everything from mud-loving Labs to rainy-day "bolters" with zero issues. Best of all, the setup is literally "dummy easy" you can have a professional-grade virtual fence running on your phone in under 15 minutes, giving you instant peace of mind and your pup a massive, safe space to run.

I finally found a GPS fence that actually works for my dog without costing a fortune! After trying a few others, the Pawtronic Pro Series really blew me away with its accuracy; I tested the boundary myself and it triggered within inches of the line every single time, even with all the trees on my lot. What really stood out though was the customer service journey. When I first got it, I had some trouble getting a signal lock, so I reached out and got a response from a real person named Sarah within hours. She walked me through the calibration process step-by-step, explaining exactly how to wait for the solid green light in the center of the yard first, and she even followed up a few days later to check on my dog's progress. It’s honestly such a relief to have something so reliable that’s actually affordable. It’s saved me so much stress knowing my pup is safe!!

I have a 75-pound German Shepherd mix named Ranger. He is the light of my life, but he’s also a "bolter." We live on a beautiful three-acre lot near a busy country road, and for the first year, Ranger was basically a prisoner to a 20-foot lead. I felt guilty every time I saw him tangle himself around a tree, and I was constantly terrified that one day the leash would snap and he’d be gone,I spent weeks falling down the research rabbit hole. I looked at the big-name brands that cost $800+ and require a "dog tax" monthly subscription just to keep the collar active. Then I looked at the $50 knockoffs that look like they’d break if a dog actually sneezed on them. I finally took a chance on the wireless dog collar PawTronic Pro, and I honestly wish I’d done it sooner, best and affordable!!

The PawTronic Pro Series GPS Fence has been an absolute game-changer for our household, offering a level of freedom and peace of mind that I didn't think was possible without a physical fence. The setup was incredibly straightforward through the app, and I was impressed by how quickly my dog adapted to the boundaries thanks to the customizable tone and vibration alerts. The GPS accuracy is remarkably spot-on even in our wooded yard, and the collar itself is rugged, waterproof, and holds a charge for several days, which is a huge step up from other systems we’ve tried. It’s rare to find a product that actually delivers on its high-tech promises, but PawTronic has truly made the "invisible fence" a reliable reality for us, and I can’t recommend it enough to any pet owner looking for a secure, wire-free solution.

I have to be honest, I was about ten minutes away from just giving up and building a literal fortress around my yard because my dog, Cooper, is a seventy-five-pound bundle of energy with absolutely zero impulse control. We live on a beautiful two-acre lot, but it’s right near a busy country road, and for months I couldn't even let him out to pee without a leash because the second he saw a squirrel, he was just gone. I spent weeks honestly, ask my wife, I was obsessed, scouring every corner of the internet and falling down endless research rabbit holes trying to find a solution that wouldn't fail him. I looked at the big eight-hundred-dollar brands that want a "dog tax" subscription every month, and I looked at those cheap fifty-dollar knockoffs that look like plastic toys, but I was so paralyzed by the fear of buying something unreliable and having him end up in the road. After what felt like a thousand "top ten" videos and forum threads, I finally took a chance and bought the PawTronic Pro Series, and the relief was almost instant. Setting up the boundary on the app was actually intuitive, and I’ll never forget the "heart in my throat" moment about four days in when a deer popped out of the brush and Cooper bolted. Usually, that’s where I’d start screaming his name and sprinting after him in a panic, but as he hit the warning zone, the collar gave that high-pitched beep, he paused, and the vibration corrected him so perfectly that he did a literal 180 and trotted back to the porch like it was no big deal. I’m not lying when I say I almost cried right there on the grass because for the first time in years, I didn't have to chase him or worry if he was about to vanish. The best part is that it’s actually built to last with those titanium tips that don't irritate his skin and a rugged waterproof body that survives his constant trips to the creek, all without me having to pay a single monthly fee just to keep him safe. If you are currently in that same exhausted research spiral I was in, seriously, just stop here and get the Pro Series because it finally gave me my peace of mind back and gave Cooper the freedom to actually be a dog.

BEWARE! Tried to setup the Pawtronic Pro 2 and as an elderly person found it impossible to figure out. The APP does not set up the device, it has to be done from the collar itself, which is never mentioned in marketin materials. If you look at the instructional video, it doesn't even explain what buttons they're pushing!! Contacted the company for a return and they offer only a 50% refund because the thin piece of plastic which covered the screen was removed when we tried to set it up.

The Pawtronic Pro Series isn't just a gadget; It’s easy to set up, portable for camping trips, and most importantly, it keeps my dog safe while giving them the freedom to run. I can’t recommend it enough!

It’s such a relief not having to tether my dog to a power outlet every single night like my old system. It takes about 4 hours to get a full charge, which is totally fair for how long it lasts. Best investment for our yard!

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about spending the money on the Pawtronic Pro, but it has been worth every penny. It feels super sturdy and not like those cheap plastic alternatives you see everywhere. My dog took to it immediately, and it’s made such a huge difference in our house. Also, a huge shoutout to their customer support team. I had a small issue with my tracking number when I first ordered, and they replied to my email within an hour. They were so nice and stayed on top of it until my package arrived. It’s rare to find a company that actually cares about their customers after they've already made the sale. If you’re on the fence, just get it!
