“Wish I could give it fewer stars. Tried for days to get it to stay connected. Reached out to customer service, and they sent further connection instructions via email that, once again, didn’t work. I asked for a return label just to be told I wasn’t going to get a refund whether or not I returned it. Total waste of money.”

“I've been using the Pawtronic Pro Series GPS fence system for a few months now, and honestly, it has completely transformed how I manage my dog's outdoor time. “I’ve been using Pawtronic for a few months now with my German Shepherd, Rex, and I have to say, it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve made for him. German Shepherds are high-energy dogs, and Rex loves being outdoors whether we’re hiking, running, or just at the park so having a reliable tracker and smart collar is really important to me. One thing that truly impressed me is the battery life. I was expecting to have to charge it every few days like most other devices, but Pawtronic lasts well over a week on a single charge sometimes even longer, depending on how active Rex has been. That’s incredibly convenient because I don’t have to worry about constantly taking it off and recharging it. It charges pretty quickly too, which is a nice bonus. The GPS tracking is very accurate, and the app is easy to use. I love that I can check his location instantly when he’s off-leash or playing in a big open area. The activity monitoring features are also helpful I can see how much exercise he’s getting each day and adjust his walks accordingly, Rex doesn’t seem bothered by the collar at all, which says a lot because he’s picky about what he wears. The build quality feels sturdy, and it’s clearly made to handle rough play and outdoor conditions. It’s also water-resistant, which came in handy when Rex decided to jump into a creek during a hike, the device kept working perfectly afterward, Pawtronic has exceeded my expectations. It’s reliable, durable, and the battery performance is outstanding. If you’ve got an energetic dog like a German Shepherd, I can’t recommend it enough,it’s made keeping track of Rex’s activity and safety so much easier.”

“The collars do not work in all areas. I live in a rural area and purchased two collars for my dogs. After setting everything up, the average time for my dogs' collars to connect to the satellite was 5 to 6 minutes each time. I contacted the company and requested a return label. Not one time during my several conversations with the representative was I told anything about a restocking fee. Pawtronic did not credit the entire purchase back to my card instead they took $99 from me to "restock" collars that did not work. Pawtronic should be ashamed of themselves for taking nearly $100 for doing nothing more than shipping and returning and item! I am now forced to file a dispute with my credit card company for the remaining $99. So unless you are willing to risk losing 25% and/or the hassle of filling a dispute with your credit card company just to find out if the collar actually works in your area, don't buy this! It's a great idea if it actually works, but nothing more than a waste of time and money if it doesn't. It's simply not worth buying something with the hope of it working. After contacting the company about the remaining $99 refund, I simply got an email explaining their 25% restocking fee. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“I bought the pawtronic collar really hoping that it would work for our puppy but we have been very disappointed. The collar does not stay connected to gps and works very inconsistently. We could not trust it at all. Many times it would show that it was connected and as soon as the dog reached the edge of the boundary it would loose signal and do nothing. I did my best to give it an honest chance, trying it a lot and therefore it got a few small scratches on it. Because of that they would not let me return it. Overall we are very disappointed to have spent that much money and not have them stand behind their products.”
