Oh and the item was coming from overseas, not disclosed and no expected delivery date- I expected to see shipping information from the order confirmation but I never got one.

When I followed up with Paypal, expecting a refund, I was shocked to learn that my case had already been closed in favour of the vendor on March 22—three days before the supposed delivery date! The Paypal agent told me nothing could be done.

I have an email from 1800flowers stating they will reimburse me for a flower delivery that showed up 1/3 the size of the bouquet on their website.

Disgraceful! I complained and the customer service rep said, there is nothing they can do and no refund can be given.

The buyer contacted support, and Paypal themselves told the buyer the only option was for me to issue a full refund so the buyer could reorder.

Item was sent to the wrong address, they have this big refund policy being explained by someone who has a thick accent.

Customer service Mikey and in general Cust service representative I spoke with,never too much hassle for them, issues resolved within minutes, friendly and honest manners,to be commended,never had an issue that could not be dealt with,thank you Paypal customer service for being helpful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
