“0/5 ratings if I could.
I almost never write bad reviews, but this bad review goes to the lucky Paysafecard. I am writing this with a sane mind after a few weeks of giving them a chance to make it right. (which they have agreed to send the money to my bank account but never follow through).
I have an account with them to use for Skrill. I have deposited an amount of $1000 to Paysafecard, however since Skrill can receive only $400, it makes sense to receive the $600 back. Later that month, the amount of $200 got hacked and then the other $400 was never returned. They locked me out of my profile and has 0 follow ups since 15th June.
Is Paysafecard a scam?
As of this moment these are the stat:
11 days since our exchanged emails (asking nonsense back to zero) on 22/06.
18 days since my initial instructions which they have disregarded and no further follow ups on money transfers 15/6 - 16/6.
38 days since my initial report about the incident on 25/5.

“Not recommended. Accepted payments for PIN codes, that cannot be added to wallet as limit has been reached. No warning when depositing. I have contacted customer service who are responding with Ai generated responses that ignore all mentions of the issue. Had I known I needed to give them load of personal detail I wouldn’t have bothered. Won’t even refund pins back to the account used to make payment without documents I do not possess. At this point now they are withholding my funds (and I suspect making interest on it). AVOID”
“I think Paysafecard is a straight scam..So let me get this straight.
I bought a 25e paysafecard cause i wanted to buy something online only to find that my 16-digit code cant be accepted anywhere neither on sites they recommended. So i wasted my 25euros just to end up with a receipt that i bought it.
PS They have no existing support instead its just a bot answering your questions.”
“paysafecard SCAMMED ME i need an answer NOW i want to speak with support because throught email you dont help me im talking to you from 1 month ago and i have the same problem...”
“Please do not make the mistake i had done by opening an account with this company(paysafecard).
I was so honest with them.i was using a VPN,than tried to access my paysafecard account, than immediately they blocked me out.thinking it was a fraud.
I told them that i was using VPN,when they blocked me out.they did not believe me.
i have been emailing them and sending them all the information they asked me about.
they keep transfering me from department to another department..
to my biggest shock, they asked me for my previous paysafecard since 2014.
i told them how am i supposed to still have those vouchers since 2014.because when i topped up my account with these vouchers i threw them.
now i have £81.64 in my account.
before my account was £61.64.I topped up £20.00 paysafecard vouchers,to let them know that i am the main account holder.
If i am the fraudester, how am i supposed to topped up another account.
then i sent them email telling them (enough is enough),and i can not take it any longer, and to cancel my account.
3 days ago i went to my paysafecard and requested for my money to transfer back to me.again send them all the information they asked about:example:
bank details, sort code, account number,my full name and surname, send them a copy of my ID,still waiting,no reply from them at all.
if i can give them -5 stars, not 1 star i would do that.
after nearly 3 months(till 24.9.2018) my account still blocked.
they asked me for the same information again, example:
a copy of my driving licence pictures, bank details etc...
after i fed up so much with them,i told them last month that i am going to send them those details for the last time (they still blocked my account, and they never refunded my money back) after i waited 11 working days,as they wrote in there website
i hate them.
they are thief,rubbish company
please be so careful opening an account with them,or you will suffer a lot like me.
thank you”
