Tamworth this weekend had manager reviewing customers as they left store and was interacting with dissatisfied customers, they intervened when I pushed sad face on leaving store, they asked my why and told them problems I had with carphone warehouse operating in their store who advertise at wrong price and try to charge you extra, they put it right by telling carphone warehouse that they do not operate like this and told them to put it right.

No call back yet again so went into store the next day and after them calling up the relevant department they said they had sent a letter out offering £124 odd part refund but can not do this now as no reply.

in December I bought a laptop and then decided that I would give it back to buy a more expensive one with better parameters and so far on April 30 I have not received a refund. every time I call the customer service office, I get information about the it problem and they will not be able to tell me when the money will be returned to me. One big disappointment

We had gas cooker fitted and a dryer delivered from curry’s in Newport, Mike and Sam was absolutely fabulous and they went above and beyond for us. I do hope they get recognition for this as 100% customer service from these to guys in our home. Mike and Sam what a credit to your company they are many thanks.

I recently had repair completed from the Barrow-in-Furness storeby the know how team and was pleased at the prompt and thorough in-store and telephone based service.
There is a chap called Dylan who was particularly informative. He didn't make a fuss, stuck to the facts and was very helpful.
