“I open the driver app and it shut down my laptop. I called the company for help and was sent an email telling me how to fix the problem. I tried their method, but it didn't work. I then tried calling them back at 2am CST (that's when they take calls in this time zone). After waiting over an hour for customer service to pick up I finally gave up and hung up the phone. Now I'm stuck with a useless laptop and a subscription I'm not able to cancel. This was the worst experience I've had with any customer service. I would highly recommend no one purchase from this company,”
“I was promoted to update my driver. As soon as I did, my computer started running very slow.vi called support and was on the phone with them for over an hour and after all that, my computer still doesn't work properly and they kept trying to sell me extra stuff.”
“The product did not work. Also, shortly after purchasing the software and installing it, my personal identity was hacked and used to apply for unemployment benefits with the State of Ohio. Coincidence? Hmmm. I have been trying for nearly a month to obtain a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, PCHS claimed they tried to issue a refund and the transaction failed. My dispute was not successful because the card company claims I didn't provide proper evidence that they said they would issue a refund. I can only put so much time into nthis, and they know that most people are just going to give up.”
“Their website is sneaky and underhand selling you more than you click on. The PC cleaner does not work, if you do two scans one after the other, it finds the same amount of faults to clean the second time, even though it has allegedly cleaned them the first time.
When I complained I had been overcharged and asked for a refund they just ignored me.
This is just a scam and should be avoided at all costs.”
