Purchased credit package to fully renew PMP and was never able to access final one, emailed for help and never received a response. Thankfully had PMP credit in PMI from earlier so didn’t end up needing to renew but would have been nice to access what I paid for. Frustrating to purchase for renewal and NEVER hear back when there is an issue. I now use & recommend other providers.

Hi Kellye, Our support system has no record of receiving any support tickets from you or from your Gmail address. Sorry. I looked at your account and saw that you had access to the courses in your plan and you completed courses during your plan duration. Nothing on our end was preventing you from taking or completing courses. All PDUnow customers receive free support via email, phone or live text. Steal my money… I watched the videos to get PDUs and never receive the PDUs for that… really disappointing

Hi Juan, Once you finish watching the video courses, then PMI requires that YOU report the PDUs that you earned. The process is super fast and easy. You have access to a step by step video showing how to report PDUs to PMI. In addition, all PDUnow customers receive free customer support and you can contact customer support via phone, text and email. When I received an alert that my account will expire on 3/5 I never imagined it will expire early that morning.

Hi Karim, Your account does not expire. Your PDU plan will expire one year after it was purchased. Our support staff works with clients all the time to provide extra time is necessary. Just reach out and we can help. PDUnow customer support

Dennis, Sorry for the confusion. We do offer a No-Limit PDU plan. Unfortunately, you just purchased a 60 PDU plan. Our customer service department help our customers upgrade their plans all the time. You can reach out to them at any time. PDUnow customer service department

Hi Dmitry, Sorry, you didn't enjoy the course material. Unfortunately, for a course to get approved by PMI the course material must be compliant with their manuals such as their Agile manual. It sounds like you are an agile expert but the PMI manuals are written for everyone so probably isn't that interesting for you. We are always updating agile topics on the site and should have more advanced agile topics soon. Finally, you can always reach out to our customer support representative and they can help you to select courses that are a better fit for your advanced knowledge level.

I took the video option, the instructor simply read the slide content. There were no illustrations or charts in the material presented. What a waste of money and time.
