I would like to bring to your attention that the consultant, PearVisa is not registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council(ICCRC). Despite initially engaging their services and paying a significant fee of 80, 000 INR approximately, my case has not been processed, and I have been unable to reach them for over a year.
This unfortunate experience has left me deeply concerned about the legitimacy of their services. I urge you and others to exercise extreme caution when considering immigration consultants and to verify their ICCRC registration status before engaging with them. My goal is to prevent others from falling victim to fraudulent or unreliable services and losing their hard-earned money.
Please be vigilant and prioritize your due diligence when seeking immigration assistance. ICCRC registration is a crucial indicator of a consultant's credibility and adherence to ethical standards.

“I'm sudha. While searching job in monster India, I seen Canada job posted by them.It's illegal to post or recruit for oversea job according to India government without registering with Ministry of external affairs.
For that they insisted me take Pr visa. But I told I don't have that much money. They told I will get good pay scale, flight tickets even accommodations by Canada company. And they insisted me to go on instalment. Actually till now I don't get proper invoice bill. When paying balance got delayed, they asked penalty and not sharing Ids and passwords but they use to insist us to go for instalment then later they charge penalty. Mainly their people who assist me and gave promises got vanished during process. Later they said no guarantee for job. Then I stopped my process with them and asked my refund. I used writer my experience review about them. For that, Mr. Rundra from pear visa treat me like filling FIR so it can spoil my aboard career. I recorded all their call. Most of their positive reviews are give by the people who are working online for them to get client . Every conversation, you make it clear through mails and always record their calls. For posting this also, I will threaten me. No company will not have this rating. It's created by them using marketing people .Beware of this company.”

“Now I am facing that company.They sent legal notice to me.They are not registered with ministry of external affairs.Before getting into them call ministry of external affairs ask about this company. They only accept positive reviews mostly done by themselves. For negative review they threaten saying they will file FIR so that I will not get police clearance. Here I can write my experience with them. I went for Canada job. But for more Canada job offer they told i need pr Visa . After paying ₹61, 950.00 I got mail no guarantee job. I asked My refund. They not ready to give. Don’t sign their aggrement everything will written in their favour. Now I gave grievances to ministry of external affairs, prime minister of India, president of india. In break up fees₹15, 000+gst for job assistance , ₹4000.00+gst for Atlantic immigration pilot program, ₹4000.00+gst for rural and northern immigration program. This programmesneeded job offers.Totally Taking ₹23, 000.00 + gst.I got mail no guarantee job. Beware of them. I recorded all my calls. For them it’s business for me it’s life.”
