Do not order products from Peekwise, its a scam, they take you money , don't respond to queries about the status of your order.

It took about 2 months for delivery to finally occur to my townhouse in Philadelphia (they ship from China, but tell you when you order that an item is 'in stock'.) The post office misplaced the item after one attempted delivery (this is clear, but Peekwise would prefer to blame me somehow). I went to the post office 4x with my slip to attempt to retrieve the item but no one could find it. And after only 2 weeks, it was returned to Peekwise's warehouse in China, when I complained, I received a 5 paragraph letter blaming me for something (I'm not exactly sure) and a refund less a $20 restocking fee. It's like dealing with a 3rd world country. This is why people buy from Amazon. $20 restocking fee for an item that the post office lost and then returned to sender.

Dear Betzy, We're sorry you haven't received your item. According to USPS tracking number CP438429855CN, there was a delivery attempt on June 23 and June 24, but on both occasions there was no one home to receive it. Therefore, a redelivery notice was left in which contained instructions to collect the package or reschedule delivery. The redelivery notice (Form 3849) is left for a customer when a mailpiece is undeliverable, which means that a letter carrier attempted to deliver an item or items to you where: - The location was not easily accessible; and/or - There was no one home to receive it; and/or - The item(s) did not fit in the mail receptacle; and/or - The item(s) could not be left in a secure place. The notice left to you provided information on the type of mailpiece that was attempted by the carrier, why the mailpiece was not left, and which delivery options are available. It provided you with options and information you needed to either request redelivery or pick up their mailpiece at the Post Office. However, you either failed to arrange a redelivery or collect the package within the due date. Under the circumstances, the item returned to us and a restocking and redelivery fee applies as we're not responsible or liable for any orders that fail to deliver because of the aforementioned reasons. As a gesture of goodwill, we waived the restocking fee and only kept the original shipping cost ($19.90) from your order of $79.99. Our Return Policy is fair and reasonable, in line with most online stores and in accordance with US Consumer Protection Law. In regards to the item being shipped from overseas, this is clearly stated on our website including the expected delivery date.
