The post office misplaced the item after one attempted delivery (this is clear, but Peekwise would prefer to blame me somehow). I went to the post office 4x with my slip to attempt to retrieve the item but no one could find it. And after only 2 weeks, it was returned to Peekwise's warehouse in China, when I complained, I received a 5 paragraph letter blaming me for something (I'm not exactly sure) and a refund less a $20 restocking fee. It's like dealing with a 3rd world country. This is why people buy from Amazon. $20 restocking fee for an item that the post office lost and then returned to sender."
