“Constant mistakes, giving me medication that made me very sick, telling me to continue taking it despite this, until I had to get an endoscopy which proved it had caused me microscopic inflammatory bowel disease which stopped when I stopped the medication. They also prescribed me naproxen without the medication that goes with it to avoid sick so I was again very sick. They gave me antibiotics unnecessarily. They made constant mistakes with my prescriptions, called me in for hormone blood tests, when I got there they had booked me in for an iron blood test, and denied that they had told me I needed a hormone test. They left me alone with my notes which when I read, were full of serious errors. When I sent a complaint letter I got a cold and rude response denying any mistakes despite the evidence”
