Two months ago I wrote here and someone from the company sent me an email, I sent an Apple pen with a problem for analysis, I paid for the postage out of my own pocket, because I wasn't going to pay, and so far I haven't had a response, I've already contacted and I have no answer. How long do orders usually get delivered? If it depends on the product my item is a e scooter I have tried calling the company on the status and they never answered I'm just worried if I have been scammed or not someone pls update me on this
