“My mum can't get an app with you. She tries every day on the phone to get through but can't. She doesn't have a computer or know how to use one. She called in this morning to try to get an app and was told by a very rude woman that there was nothing they could do for her. My mum is 84 and this is a disgrace”
“Awful surgery since the new merge with gowerton. Was outstanding . Phone rings and rings up to 20 mins before end of prescription orders then they refuse to take it .
Reception staff disgraceful which lets the surgery down.”
“Used to be a lovely friendly helpful surgery until the recent merge. Reception staff were always polite, helpful and would go that extra mile. Now they are rude and unhelpful.
