“The two receptionists, Sam and Faith, are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I phone regularly regarding repeat prescriptions and they are so accommodating. They also give advice regarding making appointments with doctors. We have been with Penybryn Surgery since before they amalgamated with the other practices. Unfortunately since the amalgamation we are unable to speak with our doctor, Dr Jackson, who is now at a different surgery. When we phone we get different doctors each time and never Dr Jackson. We find this very upsetting.”
