“Took 6 months from ordering to fitting. We have been left with a bowed frame, gaps round frames where rain and cold are coming in, insecure window frame which moves when you open the window, wrong patio door, damaged property and damaged windows. They are not acknowledging many of the issues and are telling us we have to wait 2 months before someone will come out to look at the issues as they are busy.”
“Do not order from this company.......We ordered our windows and roof lights in June, they were promised 6 - 8 weeks later in August, then September and we are still waiting with no firm date for when our order will be completed. The most frustrating aspect of this is the complete lack of communication from the company. We have received no updates, when you do get to speak to someone they promise to call you back but don't. Perfect Crystal Windows appear to have a good product, a nice showroom and promise much but they do not deliver and the customer service is very poor. Go somewhere else.”

The products are good, the fitters were excellent, but the production process was slow and took months.The customer relations staff strung me along rather than giving me accurate updates. They need some training. So check very carefully what their production timeliness are REALLY like.”
“terrible service, I'm was planning to change my house windows so I have sent them an email with all the dimentions and pictures of the windows that I need to change they were 8 windows in total, I went to the showroom in Park Royal and I meet Julian, we discussed all the options then we left waiting for the quote, we didn't get any respond so I give them a call, they told that Julian on annual leave but I can try to call him which he did not answer, I called back and sent the same information to Klaudia and I didn't get the quote from her I called back then Oliver told me that Klaudia on the annual leave also so I sent the same information to Oliver and quess what I DID NOT GET the QUOTE YET!
it's almost two weeks now, So if they are not able to handel a quote properally so how they will handel the windows, I think they are unreliable so I've decide to share my experince with them”
“We have now had three revised dates for the delivery and installation of our windows. Tomasz, Kasia and Dawid are not returning our calls and have just emailed us about their Christmas closure from 17th December to 10th January effectively delaying the installation of the windows by a month from the last revised date. Avoid this company - they promise but do not deliver.”
“Amazing customer services, especially by Konrad who was super efficient and knew everything about the door I purchased. Was extremely amazed by the installation guys, who were extremely professional, left my room neat and tidy, and made hardly any noise when installing my door. I will definitely be recommending PCW to friends and family.”
