“Took 6 months from ordering to fitting. We have been left with a bowed frame, gaps round frames where rain and cold are coming in, insecure window frame which moves when you open the window, wrong patio door, damaged property and damaged windows. They are not acknowledging many of the issues and are telling us we have to wait 2 months before someone will come out to look at the issues as they are busy.”
“TAKE CARE WITH THIS OUTFIT! The products are good, the fitters were excellent, but the production process was slow and took months.The customer relations staff strung me along rather than giving me accurate updates. They need some training. So check very carefully what their production timeliness are REALLY like.”
