“I purchased single vision rimless glasses. They arrived quickly, a high quality appearance, delighted with them. I went on to order a pair of varifocals. sadly I had difficulty focussing. I returned the glasses, a replacement pair were issued. The polite and rapid response to my e mails from their customer service guy Villi was second to none.”

“Never ever order from this site, my order is stuck in a quality check department for the last 4 days which is a not a big deal, this process takes only 2 minutes. The Glasses are made in a 3rd world country while I’m told that it will be from Germany warehouse. 72 hours dispatch is a rubbish claim, even one has to pay normal shipping charges £6.95 while placing order it doesn’t say.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WAITED WEEKS ! THEY TURNED UP EVENTUALLY AND I CANNOT READ A THING! I HAVE BEEN TOLD I MADE THE MISTAKE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DID I ,I CHECKED SEVERAL TIMES THAT IT WAS CORRECT, THEY ARE NOW ASKING ANOTHER £50! TO GET THEM CHANGED. ALSO NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR REPLY. TOTALY GUTTED I HAVE LOST £75! NEVER AGAIN ! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR, SO I COULD WRITE A COMMENT, OTHERWISE WOULD BE a big fat ZERO!”

“Still waiting for one pair of my glasses, after nearly 6 weeks, unless Customer Services. Will not use this Company again. They should have refunded some of my money because of the Customer Service.”

“Ordered on the 22nd June and was told 8 to 10 working days. Was promised an email when glasses despatched..... This never happened. Have now asked for tracking details as apparently the glasses are now coming from Germany and not the UK and emails are not from Perfect Glasses either. The explanation in the email is confusing as it is written so badly. I really wish I'd read reviews before ordering.. I normally do so kicking myself now. I just hope the glasses will be OK because returning them seems to be an issue on other reviews”

“I ordered these glasses weeks and weeks ago. After a very long wait, nowhere near the timescale advertised they finally arrived! Complrtfky wrong frame. Only seem to be able to make contact by chat which is patchily monitored. They then told me they would resend as a matter of urgency. Still waiting over two weeks later. Very unresponsive verging on rude. Obviously customer service is not a priority, the only positive reaction was to tell me the wrong ones must be kept in perfect condition and to return, quite what they intend to do with them is beyond me. Have given up hope now of ever getting these. Be warned! I will never use them again”

“Ordered my prescription tinted glasses on 29th June and received them on 10th July. Very happy with that. The on-line tracking facility was very useful. My request for only 65% tint instead of the default 80% tint was carried out perfectly but I didn't opt for the thick lenses and having now seen the thin lenses I would recommend going for the thicker ones. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase from Perfect Glasses and I have no hesitation in recommend them.”

“My plastic lens high desity strong prescription varifocal glasses and mid range frames are well built and give as crisp an image as more expensive pairs I have from a local optician. There was a three week delivery. No quibbles.”

“Comfortable and fit perfectly. I have quite a wide bridge but the app allowed me to filter by bridge size which made picking from a suitable selection vs. looking at dozens on a shelf so much quicker. I also find shopping in a store uncomfortable with people clambering for the same pair of glasses and assistants hovering over you, quite often I end up visiting a few times just to get my space but with the filter and being able to see how they looked on, made the experience quicker and with much less friction. Website easy to use, great range and suits all budgets. The only downside was that they sent me non- prescription to begin with and, after paying postage to return them, it then took several weeks for this to be dealt with and to receive the correct pair, with a lack of communication during this time. Hence only 3 stars. But the glasses were worth the wait - stylish and comfy!”

“I previously got a pair of glasses from Perfect Glasses and was very impressed with the quality, although they were one of the cheaper pairs available they wore well & I only replaced them due to a change in my prescription. I decided to go for a designer pair this time around and again using the try on function I opted for a pair by the brand Police. Delivery was quick and I was kept up to date via text alerts. The quality of the Police frame should is excellent, they feel very sturdy but also lightweight when wearing them - I’m very happy with my choice.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. One of the two pairs of glasses I ordered were completely pissed and had to be sent back (this is 3 weeks after placing my order). I was told they would send a prepaid return shipping label, which I never received, and they would exchange the glasses. A month later I called to check on my return and was met with an employee who lacked phone etiquette, knowledge, and/or helpful answers. I was told, after going in circles, that the pair of glasses I wanted replaced were no longer available. I told them to just refund my money. They decided they can't tell if they received my return or not and said they'd pass on this information to someone else, thanked me for my time, and hung up. I rang back and the same guy answered. I explained I'd been disconnected, and he told me he had already told me he'd pass on the info. When I asked if someone would call me or email me with their response, he replied, "We'll contact you" and hung up again. Sorely disappointed and honestly figure I've seen the last of that 50 quid.”

“Nearly one month to the day since placing my order, the first pair of glasses turned up, from India, not the UK. After 2 weeks, having chased on the phone and email, I was greated with a very unenthusiastic employee and made to feel an inconvenience at best. Promised calls back, never happened. Happy to have received something I opened the package to find the tint in the lens was in totally different places, making the glasses totally unusable. I called to complain and got the exact same ignorant employee, who offered no apology just told me to send them back, so here we go again. I still await the returns label, which is valid for 24 hours only. I also await with baited breath the second pair I ordered, which were simple plain lenses from the 24 hour despatch range. This is my first pair of glasses, never needed them before so I put my faith in this firm based on the number of good reviews, which based on my experience, I cannot see are 100% legitimate. Perfect Glasses, what a joke! £100 wasted. DO NOT USE!”

“It was easy to find what I was looking for by using the 'refine search' tools and the buttons redirecting to categories: prescription sunglasses and designer glasses for women or men. My glasses came within a couple of days and in protective packaging. The frames themselves are well made and strong; would definitely recommend perfect glasses! “I ordered the Espirit Et13101 C538. They are a top quality, reasonably priced pair of sunglasses that fit really well and look great on. Their site is easy to use and the wide range of styles give plenty to choose from. There is something for everyone! Always have great deals on and being able to try on the sunglasses using a selfie made choosing so much easier. Excellent service and delivery time. Thank you to Perfectglasses.co.uk.”
