“Comfortable and fit perfectly. I have quite a wide bridge but the app allowed me to filter by bridge size which made picking from a suitable selection vs. looking at dozens on a shelf so much quicker. I also find shopping in a store uncomfortable with people clambering for the same pair of glasses and assistants hovering over you, quite often I end up visiting a few times just to get my space but with the filter and being able to see how they looked on, made the experience quicker and with much less friction. Website easy to use, great range and suits all budgets. The only downside was that they sent me non- prescription to begin with and, after paying postage to return them, it then took several weeks for this to be dealt with and to receive the correct pair, with a lack of communication during this time. Hence only 3 stars. But the glasses were worth the wait - stylish and comfy!”

“Ordered frames took 2 weeks to arrive did not ask for a tint but got one ! And the lenses are plastic”

“Very disappointed with the outcome. Delivery was quick but the farme was bigger than the sizes published in the website. I was also not happy with the power. I wanted for full refund but they refused and paid only the frame cost. It's a loss as I paid the delivery cost for both direction and the lens. I would not recommend.”

“Prices are cheap and the glasses are acceptable quality, particularly considering the price. Took longer to arrive than the website suggests (2 weeks) The phone calls attempting to upsell extras (more expensive lenses) are very annoying.”

“The quick service was very good. I like the glasses, however, when they arrived they were slightly crooked, and do not sit perfectly on my face. Due to the fact my other pair broke, and it was now getting into the busy Christmas season for the post, I decided to keep them. I do have to adjust them occasionally on my face to line them up better.”

“Glasses were really good and securely packaged upon delivery. Delivery took almost two weeks though after web site suggested it would be a few days. I would buy from again but not if I was in a hurry for a replacement.”
