Disgusting customer service. I was missing an item and told if I didn’t have a picture of the box that they couldn’t do anything! I had to wait 6 weeks for delivery as well. I didn’t realise that the item was missing until the next day after I discarded the box. Not sure what that proves? Do not buy from this dodgy company!!

This is the worst. l have ordered prada perfume on the 15th of December. They have provided me with RM tracking details which shows no movement since 23rd . Today is the 08th of December and they refuses to refund. l will have to go further , but it's such a shame. An absolute nightmare

Like other reviews I ordered over £100 of goods for anniversary present and now over 6 weeks later and several emails to them with absolutely no response at all from them I am glad I paid via paypal as now started a resolution dispute via them to try and get my money back. Just shocking service all round - AVOID!!!

Such a horrible online store. I ordered Narciso Rodriguez for her body lotion and sent me a mug coaster/holder for the car. After waiting for almost a month, I was scammed for receiving an item far from what I ordered. Please do not be deceived by their low prices offering or sale. You might end up being scammed as well.

Awful I will NEVER shop with this company again first & last time I purchased the new ghd gift set they took my money over £300 it arrived nearly 2 wks later only to find the plugs are European even though says uk on website I then checked if they worked ok what a surprise they didn’t and would not pay for me to return for refund I’ve had to go through ghd disgusting avoid! Don’t buy from them .

Bought two lotion on Black Friday, and now it is end of December still not received, and no refund. They were supposed to be Christmas gift for my girlfriend and now I had to purchase them locally last minute. Tracking status hadn't updated since Dec. 7th. When I fist told them I had not received it they refused to refund saying it had been delayed but was on its way. They then said I had to wait 5 more days before they would consider a refund. Nothing happened in mid-December so i complained again and they said I had to fill out and sign an affidavit for the courier company to investigate before they would consider a refund. They said the investigation will take 2 months!!! They said they're gonna consider it lost on Feb-22nd. So basically they take your money for 3 months and don't give it back if you don't get the goods and put every obstacle in the way of you trying to claim your money back. Companies that operate like this should not be allowed to operate on the internet. They have no respect for consumer law and that is the definition of criminal activity. There are so many reviews on here with a similar experience. Avoid or report them. My tracking number is LS083662747NL. For people that're viewing this, track this on usps, the package has not moved since Dec. 28th! and they refused to refund me. This is fraud! No matter how good the prices are, avoid this company please!!!!! As of today, Jan 10, 2022, the package still has no movement and they refuse to refund my money!

Horrible company. The product I ordered almost 2 months ago has never arrived. I’ve contacted the company everyday for the last 2 weeks and they are blatantly ignoring me, which is appalling to me and very unprofessional. No one will respond or give me an answer. I will be writing them everyday until I get a response and a refund.

Scam I've bought cosmetics from them, to be delivered in my flat in London. My parcel has never arrived, so they asked me to report myself a enquiry with Royal mail - when they should have been the ones who do it. Royal mail reverted saying I should get the refund with Perfumes Club, and Perfumes Club asked me 90 days to refund it because they want to keep the money for a few months. They don't do anything to look for your lost parcel, they ask you to contact the royal mail and do everything on your own. I discourage you to buy with them, buy with a bigger and professional company instead, which have a proper customer service team to solve the queries successfully and refund you when it's the case. I have been a regular client for years, until recent when I tried to place an order through their application. I had issues on the app that was swapping me from one profile to another (Spain and Portugal page) even though I am registered on portuguese page and have done already various orders the same way. Basically, when app went to Spain page, the prices were different. For example the same cream on spanish page costs 37euros while on portuguese page costs 44 euros. I've sent an email to Perfumes Club describing my problem and asking why the difference in the prices. The reply I've received was actually quite surprising. Regarding my problem with app, they were explaining me how to register on their website, which obviously if they read my email, they would know that I am already client and not that recent. The explanation for the price difference is that the taxes are different and also there is a cost of delivery and logistics. I was quite unpleasantly surprised knowing that if my order is lower than 100 euros I have to pay 5 euros of the delivery but what I didn't know that I pay 5 euros of delivery and also the difference in price that also include the costs of delivery. So, I can only imagine when they say that 100 euros is without the delivery costs when actually we pay very well for that delivery. (at least in Portugal). When I send respond them the second time, I had a same feeling- my email was not really read because they were telling something else that no one even mention. I, as a regular client, am deeply disappointed and they knowing this still haven't done anything to improve. At the end, don't be fooled by the samples they sent you with the orders as they charge you for that. Well, at the end their loss as I will spend my money somewhere else.
