“haven't received order yet it was made on the 27th august it is now 20th September so unsure of why a review is needed yet. i am giving a poor because i have ordered personalized gifts of other websites but never have taken this long one is for a birthday and don't think i will receive in time after just looking at status of order”

We do try to make our newspapers as realistic as possible, including the off-white colour of the paper, the serrated edge and the slightly faded print as we feel that this most realistically replicates an actual newspaper that you could buy ‘off the shelf’. “A great alternative present for all football fans....of any age, With the personalisation of numbers and player names you can go back years to the persons favourite player. The quality of the mug is excellent, very quick delivery and is packaged really well. Have brought a couple of items and will definately purchase again from this site.”

Our football newspapers are suitable for both male and female recipients, and therefore we have used non-gender specific language in the newspaper article which is why that one sentence you mentioned refers to 'their' rather than 'his' or 'hers'. “A little disappointed with the frame Not only was frame chipped and the clips on the back were broken the frame is cheap looking for what it costs I'd of expected something a little more expensive looking, so I have to go out a buy a new frame now! so its cost my double. The picture it's self is great ????”

“This was a present for my son Paul Stout (Birmingham City Supporter). I am taking this back to Australia with me. The Transfer was somewhat spotty in places and looked more like a 'second' that a perfect Mug for which I had paid £12.45 inc packaging and delivery. Very disappointing!”

“Very pleased with how quick I received my order and it also looks really good in its smart black frame. Very good value at the special offer price. This is a surprise present for my son who I know will be over the moon with it especially as he's in the same dressing room as his football heroes and he can also put his own signaute on it too! A great unusal present and would definitely recommend it. Marian/Nottingham”

Sometimes the paper can slip slightly when it is in the frame during transportation, giving the appearance that it isn't straight. This can usually be rectified by removing the back of the frame and adjusting the paper accordingly. If however, when you remove the back of the frame, you feel that the print itself is not straight, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you to put this right.
