“After I made a mistake and ordered the wrong sized shirt, I contacted you and a shirt the right size was despatched to me, the service was excellent and the shirt was delivered the next day. “The customer service is appalling. I placed an order on the 24/07/17 for a birthday present. After multiple emails I was no further forward into finding out where my order was and the status. The online account did not provide any information. After speaking to a call handler who answered the phone with just a hello! I really could of been speaking with anyone. I was then informed my order had been dispatched on the 21/07/17 but part of my order was out of stock! When was I going to be informed about this? The thing that got me is I didn't place my order until the 24/07/17 so it's remarkable this company can predict the future! I was told on the phone I would receive a refund for my out of stock item and next day delivery on my other. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund! If I don't receive it soon I will be taking this matter further! I very rarely complain about anything but having a business myself, I would be absolutely disgraced if my customers were treat like this. Never again will I use these.”

“I used a £5 Tesco clubcard voucher that is converted into £15 voucher for personalised football purchases....so I bought a Arsenal `front page`cover for my Arsenal mad nephew. Very good value, very good service and very fast, ordered on a Tuesday arrived by Thursday. Really pleased, and the post and packaging was included with my purchase, so I basically paid £5 for a gift with (P&P) that actually worth just under £15.....”
