“The item I ordered was not what I received, however, after a couple of emails and phone calls to customer support I received an upgraded item by next day delivery at no extra cost to myself, initially I was sceptical about their customer service but they really did go out of their way to make sure I got what I ordered and was happy with it, I wiould happily order from them again.”

“The item I ordered was sent wrong (the colour used wasn't what I had requested), I phoned and spoke to someone who said they would send a replacement out the next day, this wax four days ago and I still haven't received anything. This was a 40th birthday present and I have not been able to give the gift I ordered”
