Ordered personalised mug. First mug was perfect but second mugs printing had not been put on straight and didn't look good, thankfully the second was not for a gift!

I had expected top quality merchandise here so as to reflect the price but unfortunately its not. The quality of the printing is average to poor as are the cups themselves. In one of the mugs I received there was a small piece of hair or fluff stuck into the print. I don't want to pull it off incase the paint comes off. Its only like 4 mm but still I expected better.

Was quite disappointed when this came as looked nothing like the photo , was just a print off & not very bright in colour either . Where as on the Groupon advert it looks very vibrant photograph . Would not recommend

Thank you for your comments. I can confirm that your order was despatched on 21/10/15 (the day the order was placed) by 2nd class Royal Mail to the address shown on your confirmation email. I expected the photo to come in a frame - not a cardboard mount. Very poor quality for the price. Would not recommend.

The help I received with placing the order was good but the after sales follow up is a tad poor as I cannot track where the order is at the moment. I do not know if that has anything to do with fact that I reside in South Africa.

Disappointed that the coasters did not come in a box and were loose in an envelope - they were for a present. No receipt, no compliment slip.

The t shirt is great heavy cotton good printing. The mouse mat was not even Harrisonn name and team and when notified you insisted on se ding a replacement after my man sent a pic of the wrong one She told you it would be too late for my birthday as they were staying away overnight. She sent two emails saying g the same and requesting a refund. No one took any notice. Not good!!!

I am very sorry that you received the wrong order – this looks like the wrong item was selected at the packing stage. We did see from your original email that it was a gift for a birthday the following day and we contacted you to inform you that we could send a replacement to be delivered the following day before 1pm – we asked in the email if you would like us to go ahead and arrange this. When we didn’t receive a reply, we took the decision to resend on the next day service to ensure that you did receive the replacement product in time and we also emailed you to inform you of this. Bit disappointed with the quality and expected it to be heavier. I also thought it would come in a presentation box. I will have to source this myself now. Glad I didn't pay full price.

haven't received order yet it was made on the 27th august it is now 20th September so unsure of why a review is needed yet. i am giving a poor because i have ordered personalized gifts of other websites but never have taken this long one is for a birthday and don't think i will receive in time after just looking at status of order

A little disappointed with the frame Not only was frame chipped and the clips on the back were broken the frame is cheap looking for what it costs I'd of expected something a little more expensive looking, so I have to go out a buy a new frame now! so its cost my double. The picture it's self is great ????

This was a present for my son Paul Stout (Birmingham City Supporter). I am taking this back to Australia with me. The Transfer was somewhat spotty in places and looked more like a 'second' that a perfect Mug for which I had paid £12.45 inc packaging and delivery. Very disappointing!

I suppose I could have stated the transaction was "normal" because I've found after living here for over 10 years NOTHING is ever presented properly or the transaction correct and always takes additional hassle and phone calls so..............but I won't do that. My package was short of an item ordered and there was NOTHING in the package to indicate why, or.....if it was being sent at a later date. So........here I am.......ONCE again, having to complete a followup to complete the transaction in a satisfactry manner. Someone should put a map of England on FB with a red line through and a circle with the staement underneath....."We're sorry for any inonvenience, but this country no longer does ANYTHING CORRECTLY and you'll just have to be patient while it all gets sorted out

The day after I placed my order, I got an email saying that I'd looked at certain items and giving me a code for 10% discount. I gave them the code and was told that my order had already been placed so no discount was possible. The next day, I got another email saying that 10% discount was available so they got a reply from me telling them never to bother me again.

Took a week to arrive using the free post. I felt this was a bit slow, especially as I was asked to review the product days before I'd even received it. The T-shirt itself was a bit of a disappointment. The material is thin and not the good quality I was expecting. I can easily see the colour of my skin through it. I've bought it as a gift and other then the novelty of having their name printed on it I wouldn't rate it highly. Thicker, better quality T-shirts to print onto should be used.
