Our football newspapers are suitable for both male and female recipients, and therefore we have used non-gender specific language in the newspaper article which is why that one sentence you mentioned refers to 'their' rather than 'his' or 'hers'. “The product was good but you hounded me with emails after I'd purchased telling me my item was still in the basket when I'd already bought it. Came promptly but look at your email contact strategy”
