The icon know showing Liverpool football crest was very small and insignificant so very disappointed. I have kept it as it is a Christmas present for my son but I feel I will have to apologise to him for the size of logo.

The print was hanging out of the box when it arrived and was stuck to the inside of the tape used to secure the lid of the cardboard box. The print was a little dark. My son loves it so that's what matters. Thank uou

We were pleased with the design of the card but half the personalisation was missing and the site kept crashing

I ordered a card on 25 July. I received email asking for review on 1 August, but as card hadn't arrived I couldn't fulfil request. I rang on 5 August saying card hadn't arrived. Replacement sent out that day and received 6 August. Card was fab!

Super quick delivery, good quality. Not true to size. Ordered XL ladies t-shirt which should be size 20-22 but i am size 12-14 and it only just fitted me.

A bit disappointed with the product, it's small and the two cups I ordered were packaged together . It would have been much better if they had there own individual boxes as they are Christmas presents for two different people. So now got to try and find seperate boxes.

Product is fab and of high quality. Delivery was poor, i paid for first class it said 1-3days and was delivered after 5days, was too late to give the gift to whom is was meant for. So not happy!

I'm very happy with the product i bought but am unhappy with the way it was sent out, it was put in a large box with no protection inside so the products arent in perfect condition
