Ordered a mouse mat and mug as a christmas present for my son. The mousemat was delivered very quickly but the mug never arrived. I emailed the customer service to explain and I was sent another by next day delivery so it would arrive before christmas. Very impressed with the service.

What a fab company to deal with, Royal Mail let us down with delivery and they sent another special delivery with no fuss at all, making my nieces Christmas. Great product thank you so much.

The personalised water bottle was a Christmas present for my great nephew who is a keen Brighton fan. He was thrilled to bits when he saw his name and age on it. A great hit.

Never received an order number or confirmation email . I ordered a mug as a gift for my secret santa at work - ordered in time for Xmas, but it never arrived. I had to go to the Royal Mail sorting office twice to make sure it hadn't been sent. I emailed and they simply said they would send another, but it was too late. I sat through secret santa at work without giving a gift. They then sent another that did arrive within a few days, I got a refund aswell but it wasn't about the money, it was the timing.

I can not express my disappointment of not receiving 2 personalised Wrexham mugs. Both were ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. I have phoned and chased on numerous occasions only to be told not to worry, they have beeb dispatched. Well to date, I have still not received them. My two young children had nothing to give their uncle and grandad for Christmas. They were both gutted and me, I was so very angry. Also, the young lady on the phone gave me an order number that bears no resemblance to anything.
