“The order is a Christmas gift and it doesn't seem that it'll be here before then. I ordered it 2 weeks ago and the status still doesn't show shipped. I emailed someone but didn't receive much information from her.”

“Sent for an Arsenal mug with personalised name as No. 12. Received an Everton mug so had to contact customer service on line. The replacement arrived within around 7 days from me pointing out their mistake. OK the correct mug should have been sent to me but once I notified them of the problem I received very good customer service. Thank you Hazel Graham. ?”
