“Tried to buy Neon Tetras at the Heber City, Utah store and they would not honor the coupon. Showed the ad to the employee on my I-phone and he pointed out fine print that indicated the fish might not look like the picture in the ad. The ad clearly stated Neon Tetras with a unmistakable picture of a Neon Tetra so not sure what he was talking about. It was clear he just didn't want to honor the ad. When I contacted corporate they wanted me to join their club so they could give me vouchers. I was not looking for free stuff, just wanted to know if the store and employee had been contacted to address the issue. Still do not know. I shop at an independent fish store 30 minutes away now. Will not step foot in a Petco again.”

“I am overall very satisfied with this company, their prices can be a little high but they have a great selection of items for any pets! I have fish and 2 dogs and I can always find what I need. The fish food and fish treats are at excellent prices, tanks, filters, filter cartridges, and cleaning supplies are all great! When I am looking for something for my dog and I cannot find it, the workers are always there to help and they do a fast job too! They also have great sales on dog toys and other pet needs!
