“Placed my very 1st order on January 15th. When I Placed said order I seen something about January 28th for delivery date. Everytime I try and check status it says in process and when I check that I get a red information thing. When I check status on the chat bubble it says delivery is January 24th. Today and still nothing, I call customer service and all I get it they will reach out to the 3rd party. I mean these are live animals. Where are they
? Outside my current temperature is below zero. I don't want frozen frogs. When I ask what way they will be delivered UPS, FedEx, or standard mail to customer service representative I was told they would reach out to 3rd party. Let's just say I'm not going to order from Petco again.”
“Tried to buy Neon Tetras at the Heber City, Utah store and they would not honor the coupon. Showed the ad to the employee on my I-phone and he pointed out fine print that indicated the fish might not look like the picture in the ad. The ad clearly stated Neon Tetras with a unmistakable picture of a Neon Tetra so not sure what he was talking about. It was clear he just didn't want to honor the ad. When I contacted corporate they wanted me to join their club so they could give me vouchers. I was not looking for free stuff, just wanted to know if the store and employee had been contacted to address the issue. Still do not know. I shop at an independent fish store 30 minutes away now. Will not step foot in a Petco again.”
