“Excellent service. I bought a pair of boots but I was also looking for a pair of Hoka Stinsons as they just suit my feet. The woman who served me was really helpful, took my details and passed them on to the shop owner. He had been able to source them in another shop which I contacted. I am now the happy owner of a pair of Stinsons! This is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you and I will certainly be recommending you.”
“hoes I bought from the store gave me bad blisters. Asked if I could change them for a different fit. Had only worn them twice. Was told not. All they would do is a 10% discount on another pair. Not great considering they cost around 25% more than other places, to begin with.
Definitely would have had better customer service online and a cheaper price.
Sometimes it is better for a shop to help out a customer at a slight loss to them. Would probably have bought many shoes in the future. Will now never be back or encourage friends to either.”
