“hoes I bought from the store gave me bad blisters. Asked if I could change them for a different fit. Had only worn them twice. Was told not. All they would do is a 10% discount on another pair. Not great considering they cost around 25% more than other places, to begin with.
Definitely would have had better customer service online and a cheaper price.
Sometimes it is better for a shop to help out a customer at a slight loss to them. Would probably have bought many shoes in the future. Will now never be back or encourage friends to either.”
