“After looking on Land Rovers website in early August and building the revised Range Rover Evoque on-line I decided that I would like to part exchange my 3 year old Audi Q3 for the newly revised Range Rover Evoque 2.0L eD4 SE Tech 2 wheel drive version. Initially I took my car to my 3 nearest local dealers for evaluation and part exchange figures. A few days later and with cookies stored on my computer a Land Rover advert kept appearing on my BT homepage not realising at the time that it was Peter Vardy. I subsequently clicked on the advert and had a good read and then received a phone call from Mr Rob Meachem who after exchanging details about my Audi Q3 offered more for my car than I had been offered locally and thus ordered my new Range Rover Evoque complete with the 5 year service package. We have both kept in touch during the last 3 months with numerous emails & phone calls and Rob has kept me up to date with my initial order and also stated right at the outset that he would book me into a Premier Inn on either the way up to Aberdeen or on my way home to North Wales. Rob realised that it was too far to travel from North Wales to Aberdeen and return in one day and for safety reasons offered an me an overnight stay which I thought was a very nice generous gesture. I came to collect my new Evoque on the 12/11/2015 and met up for the first time in person with Rob. He did an excellent job at changeover and everything ran very smoothly mainly down to his courteous and professional manner with which he conducted himself. Rob made me feel very welcome with numerous cups of coffee and really couldn't do enough for me and he also rang me up a couple of days later to see if my long journey home went OK and whether I was happy with the car. I am really happy with my new Range Rover Evoque and in a few years time when it becomes time to purchase another new vehicle out of the Land Rover range I will no doubt give Rob a call to see if we can arrange another deal. I would definitely recommend Peter Vardy (Land Rover) to my friend's/relatives and more importantly to recommend dealing direct with your Mr Rob Meachem. Kind regards, John”
