“From our first contact with Caitlin on the telphone, we received excellent service. She called us back when she said she would, and came and picked us up from Edinburgh train station because we had travelled from the IOM via ferry and then train. Car was waiting for us, and paper work was quickly dealt with and we were on our way again within the hour. Would definitely tell everybody not to worry about dealing with Peter Vardy's. After sale service has been great too, follow up call to see if we had got home okay and to see how we were getting on with our car. Thank you again.”
“Excellent level of service - very friendly and efficient. I was delighted with the car purchased. My only quibble would be that on the day I was due to pick it up (at 12 pm) I had to wait around for 30-40 minutes or so while it was 'prepared' for me. They were running late due to a traffic accident. In fairness I missed the courtesy phone call to tell me things were delayed at the showroom but I missed the call. I called back but couldn't get hold of my sales assistant and I left a message to ask him to call back to let me know why he had phoned. The message never got to him apparently. So it would have been useful if a message had been left in the first instance and on a second point, there is perhaps a fault at reception level for not passing on my returned call. That is the only reason I have not given a 10/10.”

“I got excellent customer service from Gavin Woo.As I was changing to an automatic car for thr first time and I am over 70, he had no hesitation in taking me for a test drive when I first enquired about the car.Then when I collected the car he went over everything again and took me out to show me the automatic reverse driving (magic!!).I also said to Gavin when I ordered the car that they used to give you a bouquet of flowers but they had stopped that.Unknown to me he had noted that and presented me with a bouquet the day I got my new car!! He should be promoted as this is my 6th Corsa and he is the best salesman I have ever had at Peter Vardy in Aberdeen. He also told me to come back if I was unsure of how to use any of the buttons and phoned me a few days after I had the car to ask me if everything was all right.”
