“Car is fine.Not happy pcp finance was the only option offerered,as I always own my car.The sales team knew I wanted to trade in my other car purchased from them as I was starting to have mechanical problems.Also blue tooth volume needs to be up at 50 before you can hear it which I have been told was normal.”

Only thing I wasn't too impressed with was the paint protection treatment, my car still had marks from the sales stickers on the bonnet and I don't think the paint protection was worth the money , also first time I used the windscreen washers the car stank of sulphur (rotten eggs) I had to drain the bottle and add new screen wash.

“The salesman I dealt with initially was very personable if a wee bit disorganized, but it was a month end and very busy.
I had no joy on two occasions waiting for someone to call me with regard to a couple of faults the car had(only had it a day or so before these were noted),however special mention should be made for Kristopher Leisk who dealt promptly and efficiently with my issues and had a real can do attitude .He has turned round what was rapidly becoming a negative experience ,( first time purchaser from Peter Vardy, I have bought the last 4 cars from various Arnold clark branches , including the wife’s Alfa Romeo)so good service is important.”

The car had some scratches and bodywork damage which we missed at handover, however most of this has been since fixed very quickly and we will be returning to have the remaining minor scratches fixed as agreed with our salesman Paul. All in all a very good service throughout, from sales to aftersales!”
