“Good service throughout. One comment I would make is about the handover. Why does it need to be someone else doing the handover? For continuity, is it not better to be the same person from sales to handover? Not that there were any problems, it was just that some things the salesman had promised/ said was arranged, the handover guy didn't know about it and needed to find out.”
“Found the sales staff and all other staff very welcoming and helpfull when we visited the show room to choose our car. The salesman we dealt with was Andy Jackson who was very kind and went out of his way to let us get the papers signed so we could get our car asap. The after servise was also good the phone call from the manager to ask if we had arrived home ok and was happy with the car ,the overall experience of dealing with peter vardy was outstanding. She listened to what I wanted and then explained my options. I wasn't pressured or rushed. Karen, Kelly and the girls on Reception were all very nice and friendly. Even the Mechanic who removed the Parrot Kit from my old car was very polite and professional. Wonderful experience and the little touches ie glass of bubbly (non alcoholic of course) and being given flowers for that extra special touch.
