I would like to thank you all for your extremely friendly approach when enquiring about a vehicle. I was not forced into anything and I felt comfortable making an informed decision on my purchase. I was aware that it was the end of the month and figures were important to you, but you did not let that compromise an overall high level of customer service.
I would also like to highlight one particular individual, I believe his name was Peter. He took me out to test drive the car I was interested in and gave me loads of helpful advice regarding the car in question. In addition to this, there was bulb that needed replacing on the car, although the workshop was closed, Peter took it upon himself to replace the bulb himself rather than having to come back another time for the work to be completed. This is the kind of service that makes customers like myself want to come back. To top this off, he was not the salesman in charge of my purchase (the salesman, Jason was also very helpful by the way). I just think it's important to note that this was an act of kindness by Peter that has not gone unnoticed. Please give him a thank you from me!
