“I am delighted with the service your Alan McCulloch provided on your behalf, from our arriving in the showroom to the final taking delivery, Alan answered all our question and requests for information. After we decided we had chosen the new Astra, Alan was able to confirm that it qualified and indeed what models and availability we could choose, he took us out to an Astra model he had brought to the front for a test drive there was no limit placed on where we could go and after a briefing of the instruments and gadgets prior to driving we set off and this was sufficient to confirm to my wife and I that we had made a good choice, prior to the test drive Alan had my wife in the driving seat to assist her to adjust the seat and steering wheel to suit her height and driving position. When i said what color and engine I preferred Alan was able to view what we wanted on the Peter Vardy stock list and said he would call me the next day to confirm it was available and a delivery day that suited us. Alan handled all our information and details discreetly and comprehensively to the extent that our entry to the scheme was smooth and seemless. Alan called as arranged and our collection of the car was as agreed on arrival the car was waiting parked on the forecourt, Alan handed over all the vehicle documentation talking through its use, he also handed over all the Motobility information and leaflets again talking us through as he it handed over this incude the insurance document whe he again reminded us of our obligations and the various contact numbers available for assistance and breakdown ect., we then had another instrument briefing and comprehensive car check in order to accept delivery which we gladly did. the whole experience was made very easy and understandable by Alan who followed up with a call a few days later asking how we were getting on with the car and making himself available at any time to answer any queries or issues we may have in the future. I must compliment Peter Vardy on the level of interest and service that is provided by there Sales department and Alan McCulloch in particular.”

“After looking on Land Rovers website in early August and building the revised Range Rover Evoque on-line I decided that I would like to part exchange my 3 year old Audi Q3 for the newly revised Range Rover Evoque 2.0L eD4 SE Tech 2 wheel drive version. Initially I took my car to my 3 nearest local dealers for evaluation and part exchange figures. A few days later and with cookies stored on my computer a Land Rover advert kept appearing on my BT homepage not realising at the time that it was Peter Vardy. I subsequently clicked on the advert and had a good read and then received a phone call from Mr Rob Meachem who after exchanging details about my Audi Q3 offered more for my car than I had been offered locally and thus ordered my new Range Rover Evoque complete with the 5 year service package. We have both kept in touch during the last 3 months with numerous emails & phone calls and Rob has kept me up to date with my initial order and also stated right at the outset that he would book me into a Premier Inn on either the way up to Aberdeen or on my way home to North Wales. Rob realised that it was too far to travel from North Wales to Aberdeen and return in one day and for safety reasons offered an me an overnight stay which I thought was a very nice generous gesture. I came to collect my new Evoque on the 12/11/2015 and met up for the first time in person with Rob. He did an excellent job at changeover and everything ran very smoothly mainly down to his courteous and professional manner with which he conducted himself. Rob made me feel very welcome with numerous cups of coffee and really couldn't do enough for me and he also rang me up a couple of days later to see if my long journey home went OK and whether I was happy with the car. I am really happy with my new Range Rover Evoque and in a few years time when it becomes time to purchase another new vehicle out of the Land Rover range I will no doubt give Rob a call to see if we can arrange another deal. I would definitely recommend Peter Vardy (Land Rover) to my friend's/relatives and more importantly to recommend dealing direct with your Mr Rob Meachem. Kind regards, John”

“The overall experience with Peter Vardy was as indicated above, however my car was delayed well beyond the delivery date provided by Peter Vardy, even with a contingency period added to the manufacturing period, I can understand and accept that the car has to be built to a quality standard and checked prior to release and delivery to the regional retailer, however, my perception when enquiring further of Peter Vardy about delivery, revealed what was to me, a distinct disconnect between the manufacturer and the dealership.
The manufacturer, its information system, in my opinion was not supporting the sales process adequately.
I personally called Land Rovers client portal to be told by the person within Land Rover, that she could not access any information that was pertinent to my car, therefore she could not advise why there was a delay.
The advised delivery date was factored into a vacation with my family with a clear intent to use the Land Rover, unfortunately this was not to be.
I finally received an email from Mr Peter Jones who explained what was happening and provided me with a date of delivery to the regional retailer.
Whilst the delay was unfortunate and did spoil a planned vacation, the positives that can be taken from this experience was the excellent service and attention to my purchase that was provided by Mr Alastair Grant of Peter Vardy, Aberdeen, exceptional customer service, very pleasant personality, and finally the delivery of a vehicle that I am thoroughly enjoying driving.

These are some points which I was promised by have not received yet:-
i) Petro card for which I had paid but never received
ii) I was promised 12 months MOT but I have not got it yet.
