“I went to Motherwell branch, were I was greeted by sales man John who asked me what I was looking for, after explaining what wanted and price range he knew exactly hat car would suit me. Needless to say was exactly what I wanted, John never once pushed for me to go bigger or more expensive just to get a sale which made it easier for me to sign there and then, come Monday got a call to say may car was ready for me to collect, went over with my daughter on the Thursday and the stuff were brilliant especially with wee one who's 2 and wild, all very patient with her and her. Would defo be back at Peter Vardy in future if another car required. Thanks again”

“I was treated and helped to make my choice of new car very well. All aspects of the car were described very well and the option was given to phone or to visit the showroom if I required any more information or help with any aspect of the new car. The car was ready on the date given. We were offered tea, coffee or water on both occasions we visited the garage once to choose the car and once to collect it. The garage do a great service for servicing the car it is collected and brought bake to me.

“No complaints about the salesman(Chris) who was attending to two customers at the same time no help from members of staff, who were too busy blowing inflatables outside. Therefore I waited from9oclock till 11 o'clock and then my car had no owners manual no aieral no mats and once I got it home discovered no windscreen washer in resovior.as a result I was not happy with the service I got no fault of Chris he was very attentive but was,not helped. And they also lost the car keys which delayed me further. On that performance I would,nt reccomend you to anyone. Harry and by the way how come I paid £9000 for a car you advertised for£6999 I got the model se with no extras I would have I,d get the SL model for that money can you explain that.”
“One very small problem with a dent on a second hand car I purchased but it got resolved straight away from the beginning and very helpful throughout the whole time letting me know everything that is going on and fitting things round my schedule which was great. Nice salesman that didn't pressure me at all and made the buying experience pleasant.”
“Really quite disappointed as when we called to look at and buy my husbands van the service was extremely good. Our salesperson was excellent at the time and very helpful. The problems arose in the after service when I took the van back in July for it's service & mot. I delivered the van at the requested time and was told it would ready for collection at 1pm when I returned the van was not ready and I had to sit until 4.30pm waiting. We took out a extended mot/service plan as we thought this was a brilliant idea. We had several calls in February reminding us to book in for a service which I did for today (31 March 2016). I delivered the van the previous evening and thought everything went well. 8am on today (31 March 2016) I received a call to tell me that our service/mot plan had been set up wrongly and that there was not enough funds in it to cover the service and I would have to pay an extra £88 to cover the service. I have been passed to many different people in connection with this and was supposed to receive a call from the Manager before 11am this morning still waiting. To say I am disappointed and very upset is an understatement. Peter Vardy get your act together shocking after service.”
