Gavin kept us fully informed as to when the new car would arrive for collection . Also before we drove away he gave us a full demonstration as regards to the controls / switches of our new car and also linked our phones to the bluetooth system in the car. “Kaitlin was very polite and helpful from start to finish new her stuff and was very professional. she went that extra mile to make sure i was well informed and happy with the information she gave me . with follow up calls to keep me informed at all times .
When the car broke down only hours of picking it up Kaitlin when into action by getting Craig to call me back to find out what went wrong he then came to my location with a courtesy car so i can go on my way as he took my car away to be looked at , and true to his word it was fixed and ready for me to pick up next day after my work
This was my first time with Peter Vardy , and i would defiantly recommend to my friends and family i will also use them again in the future .
