“Customer service from both Manager and salesman was excellent. The only negative point on the whole experience is that you tend to get messages left for you to call in but when you do no one knows what it's about. I think your computer system should be upgraded to include a customer contact field so that anyone can answer the call rather than your customer having to call back.”
“Robbie, our sales guy was fantastic and really friendly. We were very happy with the service , and he even promised to throw in a full tank of diesel with the Sale after consulting with his manager. Unfortunately, He wasn't present at the handover and I drove away with my car, only later realising it only had half a tank. I'm sure it was just missed communication. Overall , Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the thankyou gift - a glass of champagne ( non alcoholic) and flowers, are a lovely touch !”

“We arrived late on the saturday afternoon not sure of closing time Scott Clark met us as soon as we enterd the showroom and was quick to ask what we had in mind as we explained what we wanted he was very knowledgeable and within the hour we had purchaed our car. Unfortunately it was double sold, we ordered another colour which was equally great delivery due mid week following week however the car did not arrive on the Friday/Saturday as was still in Glasgow no ones fault Scott kept us informed all the time. Scott delvered the car to my workplace which made the transition very easy and explained the car featurres to me. We are absolutely delighted with the car and Scott as our sales person.
